Adaptive Yoga makes yoga accessible to all by offering customized pose variations tailored to individual needs. This class empowers everyone—whether you're new to yoga, a seasoned practitioner, or living with mobility restrictions.
Who Is This Class For?
This class is for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of yoga, regardless of physical ability or experience level, including individuals living with:
Impaired mobility or paralysis
Balance challenges
Limited or no muscle control
Physical disabilities or chronic conditions
We welcome anyone seeking a safe, supportive, and inclusive yoga environment
